Mobile ad network Greystripe has published research on the way consumers engage with free iPhone applications. Seems everybody preaches engagement these days as the key web metric. But, what is it? As a marketer, how do you define visitor engagement with your site? Time spent? View-throughs?
My opinion: engagement is as engagement does.
